Bill Jung is an Associate Director at ARCHIMED.

Bill joined ARCHIMED in 2023, bringing approximately 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity. Prior to joining ARCHIMED, he worked at Nomura and Deutsche Bank in London and Korea, where he advised on cross-border M&A transactions.

At ARCHIMED, Bill has played a key role in the take-private of Jeisys Medical in Korea and the acquisition of a majority stake in Ark Diagnostics in the United States from Soulbrain Holdings Co. He has also completed a secondment at Jeisys Medical, gaining hands-on operational experience in strategy execution, governance, and global expansion at a leading energy-based device manufacturer.
