Takashi Hatano is an Associate at ARCHIMED.

Takashi joined ARCHIMED in 2026, bringing extensive experience in management consulting, M&A, and private equity.

Before joining ARCHIMED, he worked at JIC Capital, a Japanese government-backed investment fund, where he was involved in private equity investments across the healthcare and automotive sectors. He participated throughout the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination and execution to value-creation support for portfolio companies.

Takashi has hands-on experience across a wide range of areas, including the development of corporate strategy, business development, operational improvement, and the execution of transformation initiatives for companies ranging from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises, including corporate carve-outs.
