Mari is a Strategic Partner at ARCHIMED.
She is currently President and Representative Director of Haleon Japan K.K. and leads Haleon’s North Asia Business Unit, covering Japan and Korea.
Mari began her career at Procter & Gamble Japan in 1992, where she held a range of leadership roles including Vice President and General Manager, leading brand operations and marketing. She then joined AstraZeneca in 2012, serving as Marketing Head in Japan before moving to Sweden as Global Portfolio and Strategy Head for Respiratory Inhalation.
In 2018, she became President and Representative Director of Takeda Consumer Healthcare, and later served as Vice Chair of Alinamin Pharma following Takeda’s divestment of the business. She joined Haleon in October 2021, shortly before its separation from GSK and subsequent listing on the London and New York Stock Exchanges in July 2022.
Mari brings over 30 years of experience across FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and healthcare, covering business transformation, brand growth, and strategic portfolio management in Japan and global markets.
